Michaela Bowman

As the current Marketing & Communications Manager at the Lexington Philharmonic in Lexington, KY, and a board member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Band, Michaela Bowman brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Kentucky arts community. Michaela has contributed to state and national publications through her writing as well as photography including the Lexington Herald-Leader and League of American Orchestra’s Symphony Magazine. A University of Kentucky graduate with a BA in Arts Administration, she was actively involved in the Wildcat Marching Band, Pep Band, Symphony Band, and Choristers. She also served as President of the Eta Zeta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma and Treasurer for the Delta Omega Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota.

An alum of North Laurel High School in London, KY, Michaela has been a member of the Kentucky Student Voice Team throughout high school and college, now contributing as a Senior Advisor.
