Susie taught middle school math for two years at a public school in Lawrence, Massachusetts as a Teach For America Corps Member before moving to teach high school history at a charter school in Lynn, Massachusetts. It is here that she has taught for three years and served as an instructional coach, as well as built a school library and teacher residency program.
